政治秩序是政治发展的优先目标,特别对于发展中国家而言,相对于自由来说,政治秩序具有极端重要的价值与意义。政治秩序对于整个社会秩序的运转起着重要的作用,是人类的基本需求之一。政治权威是实现政治秩序的核心。实施政治整合和控制政治冲突则是维护政治秩序的中心。文章从政治权威、政治冲突和政治整合三个角度分析了社交媒体时代政治秩序安全挑战,认为国家权力社会化以及社交媒体中的网络权威的崛起对政治权威的消解,网络集体行动和社会行动主义对政治冲突可能性的加大,网络解构主义以及社会结构的“马赛克化”、“重部落化”现象甚至“网络巴尔干化”趋势对政治整合难度的增加都对政治秩序安全形成了巨大挑战。
Political order is the priority goal of political development. Especially for developing countries, the political order is of extremely important value and significance relative to freedom.
