从心理学角度来看,读经对孩子有一定的好处。用吟诵的方式读经,能够产生韵律感,就像音乐一样,对大脑神经进行正向、有效的刺激。只要不对孩子过早地解释意义,那么,孩子会把文字当成图像、音乐一样记忆,开发大脑,提高记忆力。但是读经的心理作用是有限的,它不能对人格产生直接的影响。孩子的人格基础,更多的是依赖于父母保持稳定、一致、成熟的情绪状态。父母的作用,是任何教育都无法替代的。所以,父母不要对读经抱有过高的期待,读经的孩子,不见得比其他孩子更聪明,品德更高尚,
