(一)订立情况为了调整劳资关系,实现劳资两利,发展生产的基本政策,本省五○年在私营企业中,共订立了十一个劳资集体合同,三个搬运合同,一个临时协议。计有宝鸡市之大新面粉厂、旅店业、维勤制造纱管厂、浴业、天香泉澡塘,南郑市之铁器业火柴业,渭南之杂货业、铁器业,富平之化学业,铜川之利群煤矿等。这些厂矿行业,自订立劳资集体合同后,劳资纠纷,大为减少,劳资关系日趋正常。
