宜春县慈化公社柳亭大队等地干群,总结历年不同育秧方式的经验和存在的问题,综合水播水育、湿润育秧、通气育秧的优点,经过三年试验,创造了一种新的育秧方法——夹层秧田育秧。这种秧田,管理方便,出芽整齐,成秧率高,可避免或减少烂秧,秧苗粗壮有利增产,受到广大干群欢迎,1980年全县推广面积达1,670亩。现将夹层秧田的优点及具体作法简介如下:
