目的建立通脉口服液中5种活性成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC,流动相:A相为甲醇,B相为0.1%冰醋酸;流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:280,320nm。结果咖啡酸、葛根素、阿魏酸、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA均达到较好的分离,峰型良好,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.13%,100.70%,99.67%,100.38%,100.77%;RSD分别为1.97%,1.33%,2.18%,2.24%,1.23%。结论该方法操作简单,准确,重复性好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of five active ingredients in Tongmai Oral Liquid. Methods HPLC, mobile phase: phase A methanol, B phase was 0.1% acetic acid; flow rate: 1.0mL.min-1; detection wavelength: 280,320nm. Results The caffeic acid, puerarin, ferulic acid, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA were well separated with good peak shape and good linearity. The average recoveries were 100.13%, 100.70%, 99.67% and 100.38%, respectively. 100.77%; RSD was 1.97%, 1.33%, 2.18%, 2.24%, 1.23% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
