研究了热处理工艺和添加Cu元素对高速列车用51CrV4弹簧钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,实验用钢的相变点随着升温速度的增加而提高;随着回火温度的升高,实验用钢的硬度和强度均下降,伸长率、面缩率和冲击值略有增加;钢中加入0.15%~0.20%的Cu元素有利于提高钢的硬度,减弱了回火温度变化对强度的影响;实验用钢在460~500℃范围回火时,其力学性能均满足EN13298∶2003标准要求。
The effects of heat treatment and addition of Cu on the mechanical properties of 51CrV4 spring steel for high-speed trains were studied. The results show that the phase transformation point of the experimental steel increases with the increase of the heating rate. With the increase of the tempering temperature, the hardness and strength of the experimental steel decrease, while the elongation, reduction of area and impact value are slightly , And adding 0.15-0.20% of Cu into the steel is beneficial to increase the hardness of the steel and weaken the influence of tempering temperature on the strength. The mechanical properties of the experimental steel when tempered in the range of 460-500 ℃ meet the requirements of EN13298 : 2003 standard requirements.
