赵长青1953年出生,辽宁义县人,1970年参加工作,中央党校中青年干部培训班毕业,中央党校研究生学历,高级政工师。1970年任辽宁省军区独立二师五团战士、班长,1976年任黑龙江省松花江地委办公室机要通讯员、文书,1980年担任黑龙江省松花江行署办公室秘书长、综合科副科长,1984年担任黑龙江团省委组织部干事,1987年担任肇州县委副书记,1990年担任黑龙江团省委副书记(其间:1991年至1992年在中央党校学习),1993年担任黑龙江省委宣传部副部长,2000年担任黑龙江省宣传部副部长兼省文联党组书记,2002年担任中国文联国内联络部主任,2005年至今担任中国书协分党组书记,第四、五届秘书长,中国书协第五届副主席。
Zhao Changqing was born in 1953 in Liaoning’s Yixian County. He joined the work in 1970, graduated from training courses for middle-aged and young cadres at the Central Party School, and graduated with a postgraduate degree and senior political engineer at the Central Party School. In 1970, he served as the fighter and squad leader of the 5th Corps of the Independent Military Region of Liaoning Province in military command. He was the chief correspondent and paperworker of the Songhuajiang prefectural office in 1976 in Heilongjiang Province. In 1980, he was secretary general of the Songhua River Administration Office in Heilongjiang Province and deputy chief of the comprehensive department. He served as Secretary of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, 1987 Zhaozhou County deputy secretary, Heilongjiang Provincial Committee in 1990 as deputy secretary (during which: 1991-1992 at the Central Party School), 1993 Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department deputy Minister, He served as Vice Minister of Heilongjiang Provincial Propaganda Department and secretary of Provincial Federation of Literary and Arts Party groups in 2000, served as director of the Liaison Department of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles in 2005, since 2005 served as secretary of the CPC Secretariat, the fourth and fifth secretary-general, Fifth Vice Chairman.
