在新版《体育与健康课程标准》中指出:运动兴趣和习惯是促进学生自主学习和终身坚持锻炼的前提。无论是教学内容的选择还是教学方法的更新,都应十分关注学生的运动兴趣,只有激发和保持学生的运动兴趣,才能使学生自觉、积极地进行体育锻炼。因此,在体育教学中,重视学生的运动兴趣是实现体育与健康课程目标和价值的有效保证。关注学生的运动兴趣,并不是要一味迎合、迁就学生已有的运动兴趣,而是要加强对学生在运动兴趣方面的激发、培养和引导。学生已有的体育运动兴趣是可以拓展的,如对某些教材缺乏兴趣是可以通过教学实践来培养的。那么,在中学体育教学实践中,如何激发和培养学生的运动兴趣呢?我们从以下几个方面来进行交流。

Concerned about the students’ interest in sports, not to blindly meet, accommodate the students’ interest in sports, but to strengthen students’ interest in sports to stimulate, train and guide. The existing sports interest of students can be expanded. For example, the lack of interest in certain teaching materials can be cultivated through teaching practice. So, in the practice of secondary school physical education, how to stimulate and cultivate students’ interest in sports? We communicate from the following aspects.
