江泽民同志的十五大报告提出了所有制改革的大思路和大政方针，对进一步深化经济体制改革具有重要的现实意义。作者认为，学习、领会、贯彻党的十五大精神，必须解放思想，在所有制理论创新的基础上重新端正对国有资产的认识。
The report of the 15th National Congress of the CPC made by Comrade Jiang Zemin put forward the major ideas and principles and policies for the reform of ownership and have an important practical significance for further deepening the reform of the economic structure. The author believes that to learn, understand and implement the spirit of the 15th Party Congress, we must emancipate our minds and re-correct our understanding of state-owned assets on the basis of the innovation of ownership theory.
