集团化办学背景下的校企合作是一个相对复杂的办学体系,包括国家、学校、企业等很多方面的集合,需要切实建立一系列有效机制维持和推动合作。约束各方面的同时也要保障和平衡各方面的正当利益。需要认真分析认识事物内部和外部的各方面可能存在的影响因素,既要擅于进行教育模式创新,又要具备未雨绸缪的认知力。但同样需要校企双方能够坚持互惠互赢,合作共赢的原则,在日常工作中相互学习、相互理解、相互包容。面对问题的出现,不要出现一些消极情绪,更要加强沟通合作,使问题得到迅速、有效地解决。
The cooperation between school and enterprise under the background of collectivized education is a relatively complicated system of running a school, including many aspects such as the state, schools and enterprises. It is necessary to effectively establish a series of effective mechanisms to maintain and promote cooperation. It must also guarantee and balance the legitimate interests of all parties while restraining all aspects. We need to carefully analyze and understand the possible influencing factors in all aspects of things both inside and outside of the world. We must not only make innovations in education modes, but also have the knowledge of precaution. However, it also requires the principle of mutual benefit and win-win and cooperation and win-win between both schools and enterprises as well as mutual learning, mutual understanding and mutual inclusion in their daily work. In the face of the emergence of problems, we should not show any negative sentiments. We should also step up our communication and cooperation so that the problems can be solved quickly and effectively.
