甜柿果实的顶部内源乙烯含量显著高于果底部,和果顶易于发生软化呈平行变化关系;AVG,BR或GA处理果顶部能有效抑制软化发生。
The content of endogenous ethylene in the top of persimmon fruit was significantly higher than that in the bottom of the fruit, and the top of the fruit was prone to soften. The AVG, BR or GA could effectively inhibit the softening.
