目的评价入托入学查验预防接种证项目对儿童监护人相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)的干预效果。方法通过社区类实验研究的方法,采用单组时间序列设计,选择项目前、后儿童监护人进行问卷调查,对比开展入托入学查验预防接种证项目地区,项目开展前、后儿童监护人相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)情况等指标。采用多元线性回归,分析儿童监护人KAP的影响因素。结果通过项目的实施,儿童监护人知识、态度和行为的相关指标均有所提高,其中知识掌握和行为改变幅度与项目前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童户籍、居住地、监护人职业、项目分组对其KAP的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论入托入学查验预防接种证项目对儿童监护人的健康教育干预措施效果显著,建议在今后的工作中,应找准最佳干预对象,采取行之有效的干预方法,并且加强监督,确保各项措施落实。
Objective To evaluate the effect of KAP intervention on child guardian’s knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP). Methods By means of community-based experimental study, a single-group time series design was used to select the guardians of children before and after the project to conduct questionnaire survey. Compared with the pre-admission and post-vaccination certificates, the knowledge, attitude, Behavior (KAP) and other indicators. Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the impact of KAP on guardianship of children. Results Through the implementation of the project, the relevant indicators of knowledge, attitude and behavior of guardians of children increased. The differences of knowledge mastership and behavioral changes with those before the project were statistically significant (P <0.05). The impact of children’s household registration, residence, guardian occupation and project grouping on KAP was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Enrollment check vaccination certificate project has significant effect on health education intervention for child guardians. It is suggested that in the future work, the best intervention target should be identified, effective intervention methods should be adopted, and supervision should be strengthened to ensure that all measures implement.
