文县档案馆从党的十一届三中全会以来,在抓紧做好各项业务建设的同时,努力编研开发档案信息资源,取得了较好的成绩。1985年西北五省区档案协作会上,青海省档案局局长牛创平同志在会议总结时说:“文县等地提供了档案编研工作的全面经验”。迄今以《文县县情》、《黄金》、《旅游胜地——文县》及《土地档案专集》、《统计资料》、《组织史》等编研成果而逐渐产生着社会效益和经济效益。一、追溯编研如何搞好县级档案馆的编研工作,并为四化建设服务,应是我们档案馆经常研究的问题。我
