一、前 言 近年来,随着热挤压成形技术的发展,对模具材料的性能提出越来越高的要求。如热挤钢质弹药筒和B30白铜管时,坯料加热温度高,挤压力大,使得模具的受热温度近800℃。目前常用3Cr2W8V钢制造模具,由于使用过程中软化快,大多数模具早期塑性变形失效,模具使用寿命很低。某单位曾用高温合金制做模具,其成本高,工艺性能差,在工业生产上尚难获得广泛应用。
