本文综合了各种有关择优取向钢中的残余奥氏体测定方法。根据钢中奥氏体的(220)_A 和(200)_A 峰值之比(I_A~(220)/I_A~(200)),可以定出钢的择优取向的程度,据此可选择不同的残余奥氏体测定方法,它们包括双线法、三线法、多线法及旋转——摆动法。此外,文中还讨论了影响残余奥氏体测定正确度的一个重要因素——R 因子的计算,列出了相应于不同靶的 R 因子数值。
In this paper, various methods for the determination of retained austenite in preferred orientation steels are summarized. According to the ratio of (220) _A and (200) _A peak value of austenite in steel (I_A ~ (220) / I_A ~ (200)), the degree of preferential orientation of the steel can be determined, Austenite determination methods, which include two-wire method, three-wire method, multi-wire method and the rotation - swing method. In addition, the article also discusses the impact of retained austenite determination of an important factor - R factor calculation, lists the corresponding target R factor values.
