我国经济体制改革和经济增长方式的根本性转变,不仅在经济建设中改变了高度集中的计划体制,而且也对高校人才培养模式和就业机制带来了巨大冲击。面对当今社会的激烈竞争与科学技术的高速发展,怎样立足当下经济社会发展对高素质艺术设计人才的需要与挑战。本文着眼于探索普通本科艺术设计教育人才培养方案改革中,怎样把握《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》精神,结合行业、学校和地方经济建设对本科教育的要求,将教学、科研、以及教学实践科学的融合成一个为地方经济建设服务的助推器。以解决现行艺术设计教育体系中,人才培养目标和市场脱节的现象。
