双层传导阻滞,可发生在心脏传导系统的任何部位。而发生在束支内的双层传导阻滞较为少见。我院近遇到1例右束支内Ⅰ度传导阻滞和显性文氏现象的双层传导阻滞。现报道如下。患者,男,57岁。临床诊断:慢性肾炎急性发作.附图中上条V_1导联为入院时记录,下条V_1导联系住院第7天记录。(附心电图见封底)
Bile duct block, can occur in any part of the heart conduction system. The double bundle block that occurs within the bundle branch is less common. In our hospital, there was 1 case of double-conduction block of I-degree conduction block and dominant Viennese phenomenon in right bundle branch. Report as follows now. Patient, male, 57 years old. Clinical diagnosis: acute exacerbation of chronic nephritis.In the drawing, the upper V_1 lead is recorded on admission and the next V_1 lead is recorded on the 7th day of hospitalization.
