磺胺类药物制剂常用于治疗畜类疾病。它可能残留并污染奶类、肉类食物。测定它在制剂中的总量是重要的。已有报道用HPLC荧光检测牛奶和鸡蛋中的磺胺醋酰(SAC)和磺胺脒(SG),以及测定肉类中的磺胺嘧啶、磺胺吡啶、磺胺甲基嘧啶和磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SMT)。近来研究了磺胺类的光化学降解。我们建立了光化学诱导荧光法(RTPF)测定水介质中的SMT等,照射时间不超过30分钟,可测定浓度为0.25~3μg/ml。
Sulfa drugs are commonly used in the treatment of livestock diseases. It may remain and contaminate dairy and meat foods. It is important to determine its total amount in the formulation. It has been reported that sulfatamide (SAC) and sulfanilamide (SG) in milk and egg are detected by HPLC fluorescence as well as sulfadiazine, sulfapyridine, sulfamerazine and sulfamethazine (SMT) in meat, . Recently, the photochemical degradation of sulfonamides has been studied. We have established a photochemical-induced fluorescence (RTPF) determination of SMT in aqueous media, irradiation time not exceeding 30 minutes, measurable concentration of 0.25 ~ 3μg / ml.
