近年来.芹菜的消费不断增加,为适应市场需要,我市在原有的基础上,通过选育品种,改进技术,实现了芹菜四季生产,周年供应,产量和质量均大幅度提高.一般每亩一年约产芹菜,1~2万公斤(种2~3茬)。 一、栽培方式 主要有露地栽培和保护地栽培两种方式,以露地栽培为主。在露地栽培中,有春芹菜、夏芹菜、秋芹菜和越冬芹菜等四大茬口;其中以春芹菜、秋芹菜两茬栽培面积大,供应量充足,供应期较长。在保护地栽培中,有阳畦芹菜、塑料小棚芹菜、塑料大棚芹菜、塑料不加温温室芹菜等;其中以塑料大棚芹菜、不加温温室芹菜栽培面积多,供应量大。但保护地栽培一般采取前茬栽培芹菜。下茬(即春茬)多栽培瓜果蔬菜。
