根据国务院《失业保险条例》的规定,享受失业保险待遇的失业人员,在重新就业后将停止享受失业保险待遇。同时还规定,失业人员重新就业后,再次失业的,缴费时间重新计算,领取失业保险金的期限可以与前次失业应领取而尚未领取的期限合并计算,但最长不超过24个月。失业保险经办机构在执行这一规定过程中,对实现了正规就业的失业人员(即重新参加了失业保险的人员)比较好掌握,停止其享受失业保险待遇也不会引起当事人的反弹。但现在相当多的失业人员自谋职业或非正规就业(如钟点工、临时性工作等),由于他们的失业保险关系无法延续,就想尽各种办法隐瞒其再就业的事实,失业保险经办机构在难以掌握确切证据的情况下也难以停止其失
