目的:总结肝癌晚期患者的护理体会。方法:选择观察2011年5月-2014年8月入住我科的66例肝癌晚期患者,护理人员从基础护理、生理护理、心理护理等各方面提供综合护理。结果:66例肝癌晚期患者减轻了对自身疾病状况的恐惧程度,使患者安详地走过人生最后的一段旅程。结论:我院医护人员对肝癌晚期患者提供的综合护理,大大降低肝癌晚期患者的恐惧感,提高护理满意度,在未来的临床护理中值得大力推广。
Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods: Sixty-six patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who admitted to our department from May 2011 to August 2014 were selected. Nursing staff provided comprehensive nursing care from basic nursing, physiology nursing and psychological care. Results: Sixty-six patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were relieved of their fear of their own condition, allowing the patient to walk peacefully through the last part of their journey. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing care provided to the patients with advanced liver cancer in our hospital greatly reduces the fear of patients with advanced liver cancer and improves their satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of great promotion in future clinical nursing.
