从1940年青霉素问世以来,已经发现的抗菌素不下5000余种,其中20余种已在临床上较普遍的使用,证明有良好疗效。抗菌素的制造工业也从生物提炼进步到化学合成,因而产量大大提高。我国解放以后,抗菌素的研究与生产也有了很大的发展和提高。有些抗菌素是我国首先发现的,如放线菌素K;有的抗菌素菌种,如制霉菌秦,我国的菌种比其他国家的好得多。抗菌素生产工艺上也有许多独到之处。
Since the advent of penicillin in 1940, no fewer than 5,000 antibiotics have been found, of which more than 20 have been used clinically to prove their effectiveness. The antibiotic manufacturing industry also advances from biological refining to chemical synthesis, thus greatly increasing the yield. After the liberation of our country, the research and production of antibiotics have also greatly developed and improved. Some antibiotics are first discovered in our country, such as actinomycin K; some antibiotic strains, such as mold fungus Qin, mycoplasma much better than other countries. Antibiotic production process also has many unique features.
