中国热处理行业协会(简称中国热协) 作为全国一级行业组织,自1986年7月成立 之日起,在推动热处理行业技术进步,提高 企业管理和技术水平方面起到了积极的促进 作用。其中协助政府主管部门制定行业五年 规划一直是其最重要的工作。 在2005年热处理行业厂长经理会上,由 中国热协荣誉理事长樊东黎教授代表中国热 协正式发布了《热处理行业“十一五”发展 规划纲要和2020年设想》(以下简称《规 划》)。本刊在2005年第11期,曾邀请樊东 黎教授就“‘十一五’期间热处理行业发展分 析需求预测”发表了看法,在业内引起了积 极的反响。 《规划》是我国未来五年热处理行业发展 的指导性文件。为深入、全面地了解《规划》 中的其他内容,本刊记者采访了中国热处理 行业协会佟晓辉秘书长。
