为了获得优化的锻造成形工艺参数,提出了基于响应面法的工艺参数多目标优化策略。以大型弧形锻件的应变均匀性和锻造变形力作为评价指标,建立了有限元数值模拟与响应面法相结合的分析模型。回归模型拟合度达87.58%,工艺参数的最佳组合为飞边槽高度5.682 mm、锻造速度7.25 mm/s、摩擦系数0.21。采用优化的工艺参数能使应变均匀性有很大的改善,并有效地降低了锻件变形力。
In order to obtain the optimized forging process parameters, a multi-objective optimization strategy of process parameters based on response surface method is proposed. Taking the uniformity of strain and forging deformation of large arc forgings as evaluation index, an analytical model combining finite element numerical simulation with response surface method was established. The fitting degree of the regression model was 87.58%. The best combination of the technological parameters was the height of flashing trough 5.682 mm, the forging speed 7.25 mm / s and the friction coefficient 0.21. The use of optimized process parameters can greatly improve the strain uniformity and effectively reduce the forging deformation force.
