Objective To explore the risk factors of coronary artery lesions in Kawasaki disease. Methods The clinical data of 127 children with Kawasaki disease were retrospectively analyzed. According to the presence or absence of coronary artery lesions, there were 27 patients with coronary artery lesion (CAL) and 100 patients without coronary artery lesion (NCAL). Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the clinical data and laboratory tests that may be related to the occurrence of coronary artery lesions. Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in gender, heat stroke and serum albumin between CAL group and NCAL group (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, thermal history, serum albumin It is closely related to the damage of coronary artery. Conclusion Male children, fever, prolonged serum albumin is Kawasaki disease coronary artery lesions risk factors.
