通过测试听神经复合动作电位(compound action potential,CAP)对出生后昆明种小白鼠的听力发育进行研究,结果发现,在出生后第10天至第14天,小鼠的听功能开始出现,随着小鼠的生长发育,CAP的阈值逐渐下降,同一声刺激强度所引起CAP之N_1波的潜伏期逐渐缩短,振幅逐渐增大.从出生后第10天至第20天.小鼠的听力发育较快.出生后第40天时,CAP的阈值、潜伏期和振幅与成年小鼠基本相同.结果说明,昆明种小白鼠在听功能开始出现后,大约需要一个月的时间,其听力才逐渐发育成熟,此对研究小鼠内耳变性及小鼠耳蜗毛细胞再生时的听功能变化具有重要的参考价值.
