目的：：调查中风恢复期出院患者对延续性中医护理的需求，为制定延续性中医护理措施提供依据。方法：采用生活自理能力（Barthel）指数评定量表及自行设计的中风出院患者延续性中医护理调查表，对从乐山市三级甲等中医医院出院的62例中风患者采用访谈和填写问卷的方式进行调查。结果：患者对延续性中医护理的需求前五位依次是：内服中药、饮食指导、耳穴贴压治疗、功能锻炼指导和拔罐治疗，患者对延续性中医护理的需求与患者的自理能力指数呈负相关。结论：中风恢复期出院患者对延续性中医护理需求迫切，制定中医特色延续性护理措施，帮助患者减轻痛苦，提高生活质量。“,”Objective Investigation of stroke recovery hospital patients the need for continuity of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and provide evidence for continuity of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures .Methods A total of 62 stroke patients were investigated by using Barthel index and self-designed stroke patients’ transitional care needs questionnaire with the method of interview and questionnaire investigation .Results The need for continuity of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with top five is Chinese medicine dot and diet guide and ear acupoint application therapy and function exercises guidance and acupuncture, the need for continuity of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and patients with BI showed a negative correlation .Conclusions Stroke recovery period for the continuity of traditional Chinese medicine hospital patients care needs urgently, Develop characteristics of continuity of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures, help patients relieve pain, improve the quality of life.
