面向当前社会对卓越人才英语能力的要求,根据最新的学术英语教学理论和《大学英语课程教学要求》,开展了学术英语课程需求和学习难点调查分析,对新时期工科大学生学术英语交际能力的培养方案进行了探讨。以西南交通大学开设“轨道交通英语学术交流课程”为例,重点从培养写作和口语交际技巧入手,提出工科大学生学术英语交流课程的主要授课内容、教学方法及课程评估手段,通过理论教学和课堂实践提高工科学生用英语辅助专业学习、参与专业技术讨论和国际交流的能力。该学术英语交际课程教学方案对培养具有国际视野的工科专业优秀人才具有重要的现实意义,是我国新世纪大学英语教学改革的大势所趋。
Facing the current social demand for excellence in English, according to the latest academic English teaching theory and the “College English Curriculum Requirements”, the academic English curriculum needs and learning difficulties were investigated and analyzed, and the cultivation of academic English communicative competence in engineering college students in the new era Program was discussed.
