针对武汉某型公交客车的特点,设计开发了一套振动测试采集系统。系统以加速度传感器、A/D转换器、数据采集卡、工控机为硬件支撑,以VISTUAL C++为开发平台进行软件设计,解决了对公交客车座椅上的振动加速度信号的实时采集、显示、存储等技术。通过对城市公交客车的不同车速范围、不同座位的加权矩阵系数进行矩阵运算得出了汽车总的振动舒适度指标,以用于评价汽车的振动舒适性以及进行各种车辆之间振动舒适性比较,解决了不同车速、位置的振动不同带来对汽车平顺性难以评价的难题。
