目的为寻找山东恙虫病疫区有无其它季节次要媒介,于1995年5月~1997年11月对山东费县地区大仓鼠体外的太平洋无前恙螨幼虫及孵出的若虫自然感染恙虫病立克次体(Rt)情况进行了实验研究。方法采用病原分离和间接免疫荧光法(IFA)。结果从4批鼠体外太平洋无前恙螨幼虫分离到2株Rt;从3批该螨饱食幼虫孵出的若虫体内分离到2株Rt。分离株均属弱毒株,与标准株(Karp型)间有交叉免疫保护力。结论太平洋无前恙螨幼虫和若虫能自然感染Rt,提示该螨有充当Rt媒介的可能,需进一步研究。
Objective To find out whether there is any other season minor vector in the endemic area of tsutsugamushi disease in Shandong province from May 1995 to November 1997. The natural infection of tsutsugamushi Rickettsia (Rt) situation of the experimental study. Methods Using pathogen isolation and indirect immunofluorescence (IFA). Results Two Rt were isolated from 4 batches of rodent mite larvae in vitro. Two Rt were isolated from three hatched nymphs. The isolates belong to the attenuated strain and have cross-immunity protection with the standard strain (Karp type). Conclusion R t could be naturally infected by rhesus macaques and nymphs in the Pacific Ocean, suggesting that the mites may be used as Rt vectors and needs further study.
