商标使用许可是商标所有人通过一定的法律程序许可他人使用其注册商标的企业行为。商标使用许可主要发生在名特优新产品产地与非名特优新产品产地间以及大、小城市企业间。 最近我们对盐城市范围内商标使用许可情况进行了一次全面清理调查,发现全市共有134户企业和个体工商户被许可使用他人的注册商标和未注册商标,其中:全民24户,集体102户,个体8户。共有12户企业的商标许可他人使用,具体有下面几个类型:
Trademark licensing is the trademark behavior of the trademark owner through certain legal procedures permitting others to use its registered trademark. Trademark licensing mainly occurs in the famous special new products origin and place of production of non-famous premium new products as well as large and small cities between enterprises. Recently, we conducted a comprehensive clean-up investigation of trademark licensing in Yancheng City. We found that a total of 134 enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in the city were allowed to use other people's registered trademarks and unregistered trademarks, of which 24 were nationally owned, 102 collectively owned, Individual 8 households.
