目的讨论平山病的神经肌电图特点及其在疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对20例患者的神经肌图检测结果,结合临床表现进行分析。每例患者均做MCV(运动神经传导速度)、SCV(感觉神经传导速度)、F波、EMG(针极肌电图)。结果神经肌电图检查显示呈神经源性损害,萎缩肌有纤颤、正锐波,运动电位时限宽,波幅高,部分病例在对侧无萎缩肌肉也有异常改变,MCV、SCV正常,F波潜伏期延长,出现变化。结论神经肌电图检测对单肢肌萎缩的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective To discuss the characteristics of neuroelectrical electromyography of Pingshan disease and its value in the diagnosis of diseases. Methods 20 cases of neuromuscular examination results, combined with clinical manifestations were analyzed. Each patient was done MCV (motor nerve conduction velocity), SCV (sensory nerve conduction velocity), F wave, EMG (needle electromyography). Results Electromyogram showed neurogenic injury, atrophic muscle with fibrillation, positive sharp wave, wide range of motion potential duration and high amplitude. In some cases, the contralateral non-atrophic muscles also had abnormal changes. The MCV and SCV were normal and F wave Latency, change. Conclusion The neuroelectrogram detection is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of single limb muscle atrophy.
