岩土力学基础研究实验室于1990年11月1日至2日召开了首届学术委员会全体会议,除邓斌委员因病未能出席外,其余十名委员均参加了会议。实验室主任袁建新同志首先介绍了我所岩土力学基础研究实验室的筹备情况,随后委员们推举朱维申同志任学术委员会副主任委员,并负责学术委员会的工作。接着,会议由朱维申同志主持。经过两天充分的酝酿和讨论,会议完成了预定的议程,取得了圆满的成功。现将会议情况简报如下:
The basic research laboratory for geotechnical mechanics held the first plenary session of the academic committee from November 1 to 2, 1990. All members except Deng Bin were unable to attend because of illness. The other 10 members attended the meeting. Comrade Yuan Jianxin, director of the laboratory, first introduced the preparation of the basic research laboratory for rock and soil mechanics. Later, members elected Comrade Zhu Weishen as the vice chairman of the academic committee and the committee responsible for the work. Then, the meeting was presided over by Comrade Zhu Weishen. After two days of full deliberation and discussion, the meeting completed its scheduled agenda and achieved a complete success. The briefing session is as follows:
