一、转变经济增长方式的内涵经济增长是一种综合的社会现象,是社会发展和进步的核心因素。就经济增长本身来说,它是社会生产力的发展。其中包括两个相互联系的方面:社会生产结构的变化,具体表现为产业结构的变化和社会生产规模的扩大,即经济总量的增长。经济增长总是在特定的社会环境中进行的,因此必然要受到各种社会因素的影响。主要有这样几个方面,(1)居民消费需求变化的影响。生产和消费是对立统一的两个方面,相互影响,不可分割。生产创造着消费,消费拉动着生产。产业经济学认为,消费结构和消费水平的变化,是产业结构变化和产业发展的主要动因。
I. Transforming the Connotation of Economic Growth Mode Economic growth is an integrated social phenomenon and a core factor in social development and progress. As far as economic growth is concerned, it is the development of social productive forces. These include two interrelated aspects: the changes in the structure of social production, which are manifested in the changes in the industrial structure and in the expansion of social production, that is, the growth of the total economy. Economic growth is always carried out in a specific social environment, so it must be affected by various social factors. There are several main aspects, (1) the impact of changes in consumer demand. Production and consumption are two aspects of unity of opposites, which are mutually influential and indivisible. Production creates consumption, consumption drives production. According to industrial economics, changes in consumption structure and consumption level are the main motivation for industrial structure change and industrial development.
