我厂于1979年11月研制成一台波纹铝板纵向连轧机,轧制出完全符合设计要求的波纹铝板。波纹铝板具有自重轻,强度高,运输和安装方便,使用寿命长等优点,在很短的时间内便赢得了国内建筑业的一致赞许和广泛采用,如上海宝山钢铁总厂改变了原计划,采用波纹铝板代替国外进口涂层彩色钢板作厂房屋面和墙面,这样不仅显著地改善了屋面和墙面的材质,延长了使用寿命,同时还为国家节省外汇2672万美元,减少建设投资183400
Our factory developed a corrugated aluminum longitudinal rolling mill in November 1979 and rolled a corrugated aluminum sheet that fully meets the design requirements. The corrugated aluminum plate has the advantages of light weight, high strength, convenient transportation and installation, long service life, etc. It has won the unanimous praise and widespread adoption of the domestic construction industry in a short period of time, such as the Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant changed its original plan. The use of corrugated aluminum plates instead of foreign-influenced coated color steel plates for factory floor and wall surfaces not only significantly improved the material of the roof and wall surfaces, prolonged the service life, but also saved the foreign exchange of USD 26.72 million and reduced the construction investment.
