杨树种间杂交是培育新品种的有效途径之一。黑杨派和青杨派杂交亲合力强,产生的杂种优势明显,如箭秆杨与小叶杨花期相近,产生的天然杂交的后代经宁夏林科所10多年观察,它具有速生、抗寒、比较耐干旱瘠薄和轻度盐碱、干形好、抗病虫能力强等优点,是我区推广的优良树种。本文在人工授粉条件下,观察了箭秆杨与小叶杨杂交的有性生殖过程,从传粉受精及胚胎发育各阶段的持续时间,从细胞胚胎学上证明箭小杨是一个杂种,并为杨树杂交育种和良种选育工作提供科学依据。现将观察结果报导如下:
