读者服务工作是图书馆全部工作的出发点与归宿,图书馆的最终目的是为读者提供优质的服务。要让读者满意,图书馆就要充分认识读者的需要,找准其需求点,从而提供针对性的服务,即一种以读者为中心的互动型服务。本文通过数字图书馆信息服务中的互动交流模式探析,揭示图书馆与读者之间的双向互动交流与互动的机制,激发图书馆与读者的互动意识;借鉴其他学科的理论与方法构建和完善图书馆服务的互动机制,建立适应读者需要的图书馆服务体系,以改变图书馆与读者之间的关系,提高图书馆服务的能力和质量。
Reader service is the starting point and end-result of all the work of the library, the ultimate goal of the library is to provide readers with quality service. To satisfy the readers, the library must fully understand the needs of the readers and find out its needs so as to provide targeted services, that is, an interactive reader-centered service.
