1990年4月19日至20日,由中国管理科学研究院科学技术社会研究所、新乡市政府经济研究中心、河南师范大学、新乡泵业股份有限公司共同组织召开了“科技进步与企业发展讨论会”。会议共交流了四十四篇论文。与会同志对如何依靠科技进步、推动企业发展提出了一些值得重视的建议。现将主要观点整理如下:一、科技进步在企业发展中的地位和作用企业能否获得利润和获得利润的高低,是企业能否有生命力,能否生存和发展的关键之一。企业获得利润主要是靠产品。一是根据科学技术的最新成果进行研究开发,生产出受社会欢迎的新产品,获得高额利润;二是通过技
