辽宁省金县农村生产队的饲养点,大多数建于农业合作化期间,建筑简陋,牲畜棚与铡草屋、饲养员室是一个大通间,照明电线绝缘老化,电气设备残缺不全,防火条件很差。用火用电稍有不慎,就会发生火灾,并且往往火烧连营。1977至1980年的四年中全县饲养点就发生火灾15次,损失折款四万九干九百余元。有的生产队因饲养点着火,牲畜全被烧死,严重地影响了农业生产。
