近年来,住宅工程传统使用的预制空心板被现浇混凝土板取而代之。住宅的整体性、抗均匀性和结构安全性均有很大的提高,但也伴随产生一些现浇楼板裂缝的现象,是施工中存在的一个普遍性的质量通病。其不仅影响观感,严重的裂缝将破坏建筑物、构件的整体性,引起钢筋腐蚀,影响持久强度。根据多年来的施工经验,现就住宅施工中几种常见的裂缝产生原因和防治方法作一浅析。
