实例一 故障现象:一辆NF50Q型摩托车,有时能启动,有时不能启动,特别是冷车时不易启动。当打开电启动开关时发动机内还出现一种“唰唰”的响声,但发动机不能启动。用脚启动发动机启动顺利。 故障分析与排除:用脚踏启动时能顺利启动发动机,用电启动时,有时不能启动,不能启动时还伴有“唰唰”的响声,估计是超越离合器部分零件松动或破碎。拆下脚踏启动杆组合、左罩组合、左盖、主动轮和皮带,分解超越离合器组合进行检查,发现超越离合器组合
