目的 探讨TGF -β对体外培养的人星形细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响。 方法 体外培养的人星形细胞瘤细胞 ,分别加入 0 0 1ng/ml ,0 .1ng/ml,1ng/ml,5ng/ml的TGF -β ,采用MTT法研究TGF -β对人星形细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响。 结果 TGF -β以剂量依赖方式抑制人星外细胞瘤细胞增殖 ,其作用在第二天达到高峰。结论 TGF -β能明显抑制人星形细胞瘤细胞增殖 ,因而可能成为生物疗法治疗人星形细胞瘤的新方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of TGF-β on the proliferation of human astrocytoma cells cultured in vitro. METHODS: Human astrocytoma cells cultured in vitro were added with TGF-β of 0 ng/ml, 0.1 ng/ml, 1 ng/ml, and 5 ng/ml, respectively. MTT assay was used to study the effect of TGF-β on human astrocytoma. Effect of cell proliferation. Results TGF-β inhibited the proliferation of human astrocytoma cells in a dose-dependent manner, and its effect peaked on the second day. Conclusion TGF-β can significantly inhibit the proliferation of human astrocytoma cells, which may be a new method for biological therapy of human astrocytoma.
