作为一名幼儿教师。应该如何与当今的家长相处呢?我认为,首先要用爱心、诚心、热心来取信于家长,才能得到家长的密切配合、支持,也才能让家长自觉自愿、乐意地与教师合作,共同地教育好孩子。只有建立在信任基础上的家园联系教育,才能达到教育的协调一致。那怎样才能让家长更信任我们呢?
As a kindergarten teacher. How should I get along with today’s parents? I think first of all we should use parental love, sincerity and enthusiasm to win the trust of parents. Only in this way can parents get close cooperation and support. Only in this way can parents voluntarily and willingly cooperate with teachers and educate them well child. Only home-based education based on trust can achieve the coordinated education. How can we make parents trust us more?
