近年来大黄被认为是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的有效药物之一,其炮制、煎煮及剂型的不同与临床效果密切相关。笔者采用大黄醋制醇提物加入吸附剂制成胶囊,经临床应用观察,疗效满意。为进一步验证其疗效,进行了该制剂对腺嘌呤肾衰模型大鼠治疗作用的实验观察,结果如下。
In recent years, rhubarb is considered as one of the effective drugs for the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF). The differences in concoctions, decoctions, and dosage forms are closely related to clinical efficacy. The authors used alcohol extracts made from rhubarb to add the adsorbent into capsules. The clinical application showed satisfactory results. In order to further verify the efficacy, the experimental observation of the effect of the preparation on adenine renal failure model rats was performed. The results are as follows.
