目的:研究贻贝多糖对老龄大鼠抗衰老的生物效应。方法:建立24个月龄SD大鼠自然衰老模型,分为老年正常对照组、贻贝粉组(1g/kg)、贻贝多糖低剂量组(200mg/kg)、贻贝多糖高剂量组(400mg/kg),3个月龄大鼠5只为青年对照组,灌胃给药(1次/d);观察大鼠心脏、肝脏、肾、脾的脏器指数,对其心脏、肝脏进行切片观察病理学变化,测定大鼠血清及肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,测定血清主要生化指标。结果:与老年组相比,贻贝多糖高剂量组的心脏、肝脏病理切片H-E染色观察未见明显衰老性改变,其血清、肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px水平增高(P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:贻贝多糖具有抗衰老作用,抗氧化作用可能是其抗衰老作用的机制之一。
Objective: To study the biological effects of mussel polysaccharides on anti-aging in aged rats. Methods: A 24-month-old SD rat model of aging was established. The rats were divided into the normal control group, mussel powder group (1g / kg), low-dose mussel polysaccharide group (200mg / kg), high-dose mussel polysaccharide group 400mg / kg), 5-month-old rats as young control group, intragastric administration (1 time / d); observation of heart, liver, kidney and spleen in rats, the index of their heart, liver The histopathological changes were observed. The levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum and liver increased (P <0.01) Decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Mussel polysaccharides have anti-aging effects and anti-oxidative effects may be one of the mechanisms of anti-aging effects.
