以叶用紫苏为试材,采用田间试验方法,在塑料大棚条件下,667m~2分别施纯氮0、2.5、7.5、12.5、17.5kg(分别用CK、N1、N2、N3和N4表示),研究了不同施氮肥量对叶用紫苏产量的影响,以期为叶用紫苏氮肥施用提供参考依据。结果表明:增施氮肥对单株商品叶片数和叶产量的提高具有显著作用,然而随着氮肥量的增加,叶片数没有显著增加,其中“南韩苏子”与“延边一号”在N3处理下达到最大值,“吉林3号”在N4处理下达到最大值。从试验结果可知,以叶片数高产的最佳施氮肥量为667m~2施氮7.5kg;以叶片质量高产的最佳施肥量为667m~2施氮7.5~12.5kg。因此对于东北地区的叶用紫苏产量的最佳施氮肥量为667m~2施氮12.5kg。
The leaves of Perilla frutescens were used as test materials and field experiments were carried out. Under the condition of plastic greenhouses, pure nitrogen 0,2.5,7.5,12.5 and 17.5kg were applied at 667m ~ 2 (CK, N1, N2, N3 and N4 respectively ) To study the different amount of nitrogen fertilizer on the yield of perilla leaves, in order to provide reference for the use of leaf basil nitrogen fertilizer. The results showed that nitrogen application had a significant effect on the number of leaves per plant and the increase of leaf yield. However, the number of leaves did not increase significantly with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer amount. Among them, “South Korea Suzi” and “Yanbian No.1” “Reaches the maximum value under N3 treatment, and” Jilin No. 3 "reaches the maximum under N4 treatment. From the test results, we can see that the optimum nitrogen fertilizer yield is 667m ~ 2 nitrogen fertilizer 7.5kg with high leaf yield and 7.5 ~ 12.5kg nitrogen fertilizer with 667m ~ 2 high yield. Therefore, the best N application rate for basil production in Northeast China was 667m ~ 2 and 12.5kg nitrogen.
