以我校2011级临床医学专业(全科医学方向)452名学生作为研究对象,对学生通过三级三阶段模式培养后综合素质能力的提升效果进行评价。结果显示,学生开展早期接触社区卫生实践活动对树立全科医学理念、服务家乡、扎根基层、人际沟通、“三观”形成等具有很大推动作用,综合业务素质能力得到有效提升,效果显著。开展三级三阶段培养模式是培养基层所急需全科医生的重要环节。
Taking 452 students of 2011 clinical medicine major (general medicine direction) of our school as the research object, the improvement effect of students’ comprehensive quality ability after three-level three-phase model training was evaluated. The results showed that students’ early engagement with community health practices greatly promoted the establishment of a general practice philosophy, service hometown, rooted community, interpersonal communication and formation of “three perspectives” Significant. Carrying out the three-level three-stage training mode is an important part of training the needy general practitioners at the grassroots level.
