目的探讨水中砷的测定方法二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银比色法中,砷测定的最佳温度。方法选择10℃、20℃及40℃时,用标准方法测定,分析温度对吸光度、回收率及标准曲线的影响。结果在温度20℃条件下测定结果的吸光度值相对标准偏差最小,为3.45%,精密度最好;当温度达到20℃时,回收率最好,为98.92%;温度在20℃时标准曲线与相关系数最佳,r=0.9998。结论通过不同角度的多次实验比较得知,温度在20℃时,是测定水中砷的最佳温度。
Objective To investigate the determination of arsenic in water. The optimum temperature for the determination of arsenic in silver diethyl dithiocarbamate colorimetric method. Methods When the method was selected at 10 ℃, 20 ℃ and 40 ℃, the influence of temperature on absorbance, recovery rate and standard curve was analyzed by standard method. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the absorbance value was the lowest (3.45%), and the best precision was obtained when the temperature was 20 ℃. The best recovery was 98.92% when the temperature was 20 ℃. When the temperature was 20 ℃, The correlation coefficient is the best, r = 0.9998. Conclusions Comparison of experiments from different angles shows that at 20 ℃, it is the best method to determine arsenic in water.
