In the past few years, attention has been given to cerebral ischemia and infarction caused by ruptured intracranial aneurysms, and cerebrovascular vasospasm is considered to be the major cause in these cases. In some cases, it is possible that thalamic coagulation in the aneurysm capsule becomes the cause of cerebral ischemia. As far as the author knows, there was one case reported in the past. The following two cases were reported in this paper. Example 1: Female, 64 years old, with right eyelid ptosis in the first two years before admission, for 24 hours. Right eyelid ptosis appeared four weeks before admission. Cerebral angiography showed that the right posterior cerebral artery came directly from the neck
