1993年,学校要我担任高二年级长兼“重点班”的语文课。我心劲很高,特别希望让这一届的升学率能上个台阶,故而一开学,就烧了一把火:重点班学生实行“末位淘汰制”。学校高考成绩不理想,我总觉得是“重点班”学习氛围不够紧张,竞争意识不够激烈,如果年级里引进竞争机制,会令学生形成紧迫感和危机感,激发上进心,调动他们的竞争意识。
In 1993, the school asked me to serve as a sophomore year and “key class ” Chinese class. My heart is very high. I particularly hope that this year’s rate will reach the next level. Therefore, as soon as I started my studies, I would have burnt a fire: the key students practiced “elimination system ”. School entrance examination results unsatisfactory, I always think it is “key classes ” learning atmosphere is not tight enough, the sense of competition is not intense enough, if the introduction of competitive mechanism in grade, will make students feel a sense of urgency and crisis, inspire ambition to mobilize their Sense of competition.
